Initial Comments:An offsite follow-up survey completed February 27, 2023, found that Revolutionary Home Health, Inc. had corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements 42CFR, Part 484, Subparts B &;; C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiency was cited as a result of an onsite federal Medicare complaint survey completed September 7, 2022.
